I stood at the threshhold of spiritual enlightenment very recently. I could have achieved enlightenment in this lifetime, just like the Buddha. It didn't happen because I realised that in order to truly face myself, I would first have to let go of everything I had come to see as being real. LOL. Love this. Well, we do such things as online channeled chats and before the channeling session we all need to talk ourselves empty first before we can get on with the 'serious' questions. So "get off it" is very poignant. I think "get it off your chest" is pretty on the mark, as well. :)
