I have had terrible experiences with vivint, and, i was very mislead by the salesmen who came to my home. I hope that, the bbb will take these guy out...I hate, to use the word hate but, I HATE!!!!! vivint
apex/apx/vivint has always been a very dishonest company. Their whole sales pitch is that they have a one time deal where you can get all the equipment free if you just put a sign in your yard. Then the salesman proceeds to not protect your house completely because each thing they install takes away money from their check. I've known a lot of salesmen for this company personally and they laugh about the people they have ripped off.
I just had a salesman at my door 30 mins ago. Had his "official" looking badges, one even had a made him appear to be law enforcement from Nevada. He started asking me questions: what I did for a living, how long had I been in my home. I told him that I wasn't comfortable sharing this information with him. He proceeded to finesse me by saying the first names of my neighbors and how they signed up for the service and that one of them is now the model home on our block.
If you read you're contract it says that Vivint is not responsible for any damage after removal haha
