I added some coconut (shredded) to my Choco delight, and instead of Stevia, I used 1:1 ratio of Splenda Sweetener to the cocoa powder and coconut oil. Much sweeter. I only had a tiny slice as I was close to my upper limit and did a steak day today - just in case. Will have to try other recipes shortly!
You had me at hello. Trying the chips and tiamsu.... so unbelievably yummy-looking. Thanks for once again giving us some delicious options for P3. Jump on and say Hi... with your face sometime! LOL. As always, thank you.
I think you look like John Heard, the dad from Home alone..
Thanks for the awesome recipes! I will definately be trying them!! Already tried a few of them last time I was on the protocol. Abs love Choc Delight. My mom had gastric bypass surgery so these help her out too.. Thanks again!!
An e-book ? Should I ? Been working more on the medical end of it, with the recipes try to just help light a spark, which people will hopefully turn into their own personal blazes. I hadn't really used anything but a microwave for 15 years, been cooking more this past year than my entire life. Cooking from scratch is where it's at. Mr Betty Crocker I'm not & tastes are so varied, if "the kitchen challenged" get in there & try mixing it up a little might be surprised & actually enjoy it.
I've only ever used shredded parmesian or cheddar for chips, and never thought of using seasoning! Good call. Also, thanks for making the Tiramisu public. It's such a GREAT idea! Oh and HEY, has anyone ever told you that you bear a striking resemblance to Jack Bower (Keifer Sutherland)?
Used to get Kevin Bacon a lot - but everyone looks like him... a 1st on Kiefer but sounds like a compliment, thanks.
Don't recall if I'd mentioned it - but think sweet cranberry "syrup" would go well with those cream cheese pancakes... also a lil pectin & sugar substitute with blueberries, strawberries (other fresh fruits - apricot coming to mind) a little reduction - and you should get so many incredible pancake toppings. DaVinci who ? Syrups by Shannon !
i like your video pretty awesome =)) keep it up
