@moveXpress Its just a plan PPE black hoop i made from home depot tubing. i think its like 33 or 34 inches. the yellow one is 30in and im not sure of the material.

Some sweet moves! I'd like to see more body movement overall without the hoop. It'd be a great intro, build up, or simple transition to pause holding your hoop and do a little booty shake. I'm simply sayin' just cause your hoop is immoblie doesn't mean you can't get down, do some kicks, jumps, etc.

Lastly, insecurities are things worth getting rid of, BRAVO.

Some very nice stuff in there, Nick! Some of the video transitions were a bit unnerving - especially seeing your dog come in behind you and suddenly vanish (near the beginning), but your hooping AND dancing is nothing to be insecure about!
