I was sent a message about this video from a franchise owner, asking if I could take it down (for obvious reasons).
I won't, however anyone reading this should know that even though the thing broke down, it took all of 2-5 minutes for them to come, give us a working one, and take the old one away to be repaired. It was a pleasent and efficient experience. We did receive a discount for the trouble! (However the discount was solicited)
