please i need help i have a psp 2006 version 5.03 gen b full and i tried to install 5.50 gen d3 on it when the installation was completed it told me press x to reboot after that it turned my psp off when i tried to turn it on the green thing blinks but the screen remains black i waited 1 hour and more but its same please i need help

i think its been posted on our support site, you can take a look in the psp section if you like or if you cant find it pm me with your psp firmware number and ill see what i can do, i think its available for most m33 firmwares anyways so shouldent be too hard to track down

a quick google search should bring up some results. try search "eon theme for psp- your fw-" that should help if not just holla and ill do my best :)

are you sure its 3.90or 3.90m33 you have installed? goto network menu where internet browser is it should be under that

it should download the software after taking you to a site then everytime you click on the icon it should load go messenger

if notyou should have it in the network menu

you need to make an account then once that is done it will load like how it does in the video

yeah i know i already have skype on

fw 3.90 m33 but the go! messenger icon doesn't

appear on the web there's only

or standard sony fw 3.90

you need to update to one of these to get go messenger

oh if your psp is slim psp you also get skype

just like the pc version of skype :D

its a remix from the tetris theme song from the nintendo gameboy game

anyways its called "whistiling dave" and artist is - scooter

its on there new album jumping over the world

its a file called 0-12.bmp

its a bmp image file that has 12 image files inside

any psp will have this and its normal one of the first psp mods anyone will do

all they do is enter the flash0 and swap there 0-12.bmp for a custom version

with difrent colours

ive seen some with more than 12 color backgrounds also but the more there is the bigger the file is so its a bad thing to have too many as it makes less room for other mods in flash0

personaly i dont recomend adding themes like this that get installed to the flash of the psp

if you dont want problems i wouldent install it as its a pain in the arse to change/remove it

i had to flash my psp with pandora battery to get it off again

athough its cool and all

you may get bored one day and brick your psp trying to rastore the original theme

ok, so now I'm trying to install this theme...

I need lotsa help...

I tried putting the files within the downloaded folder into the flash1 corresponding folders and overwrote existing files with that name. That gave me about half of the theme...How do I get icons and the like on here? Did I even do it right? I made a backup of the existing flash so I can change it back whenever...

ot should be flash0 you install it too

did you also remove any current xmb themes installed via the theme menu on the xmb

you know how you can add themes into a theme folder on the memory stick ? well these need to be disabled also

put that back to original as the EON theme wont show correctly if one is enabled

if you think you messed up just restore your backup

you did back up your flash first? right

all you do is copy all the original files back to where they go

yeah...i'm always anxious about backups! that's why most of my 80 gb hard drive is filled!

It turns out I had overwritten one too many files, and when I re-did it (I did mean flash0, that's where I was working, my bad...)it all works! THIS IS TOO SWEET!!!!

hmm...just another quick question...

is there a way to make the psp automatically find those custom wallpapers and make it think that those are the real ones? So you wouldn't have to waste your time applying each as a custom wallpaper?

there is a way but it makes a big ass file

prolly to big for a fat psp

you could make a custom 0-12.bmp

with your own backgrounds ect

then you just select em with your colour change

you will need to find the 0-12 file maker

i cant remember the name of it sorry

but its a solution if you can pull it off :D

hi its for 3.80 & 3.90 m33 fw,s the addon packs arnt importaint not to worry about your fw being m33-1.2 or3 ect

you need a custom firmware on your psp

this is a custom theme you have to install it

to your flash0 the flash memory of the psp

you require 3.80 m33 or 3.90 m33 in order to use this version

you can find it by google searching for "EON PSP theme"

just press up or down till it says memory stick then hit x it will go to the game list on the memory stick

same goes for all the sub menus on the xbm :)

you see just at the top of the icons there is a little text box that isnt clearly shown on the video so if you need up and down menu items you just press up or down and the text box says what item you are on like (config) (memory stick) ect its all there but just says it in the box :)
