I'm sure it seems fun and games to most people but I can verify from experience that LSD is a trip that not all return from. My friend Jon is now on social security/disability and living in a group home for mentally or psychologically disabled people because of an LSD trip that screwed up his entire perception of self and reality. You might find it hard to believe but I'm serious. He's gone. He's tripped many times but that one bad trip ruined his life and sanity. Now he's schizophrenic.

wow. i remember loosing preception on life and my own sanity on acid and it was terrifying. to this day i have troubles sleeping at night due to acid. when i close my eyes at night all i can think of is myself, god, and death. so i find myself curling up on my brothers floor at night from the fright of being alone and battleing my relapsed thoughts. drugs are bad. and im sorry for your friend.

@MikeLeeColeman i know right... its been a year since i was using acid... but even still to this day, i have fears that i havn't returned to normality, i cant focus on things and when i do, i can see them in waves as if i was still tripping... especially with patterns, things look different to what they did before i took the drug and i have problems conversing with people, sometimes to the point of being completely antisocial.. i often wonder if im insane, but have never had the guts to ask.
