umm dude cuban doctor's are some of the best considering the limited devices they have to work with in cuba... most do great in the U.S. and over seas if they make it there... also we are the ones in america most likely to over succeed expectations of being sucessful out of any other latin american groups in the states... most latino laywer's in the states = cubans, doctors = cubans, executives = cubans, dude the list continues on...

If you were a medical doctor, which you are not, and you had any degree of understanding, which you obviously don't, as to what Cuban doctors achieve with almost nothing your discourse would be quite different.

For one, they are far more clinically prepared than many doctors that you will come across outside of Cuba. You could probably pick one of those you consider real doctors to come up with the right prognosis with the same amount of resources available to Cuban doctors in Cuba.

That's true, but not for the jingoistic and racist reasons you think. Most immigrants to the USA came here out of desperation because they couldn't find work at home and didn't have many skills. Castro's regime targeted successful people who already had the skills to make it big.

Actually, it does have to do with the American embargo, but not for the reasons that you think. Cuba is small enough that it could easily thrive on Latin American and European (& Canadian) business and tourism. The American embargo on Cuba gives Castro a scapegoat on which to blame his own failed economic policies. I am very anti-embargo, but also anti-Castro. I'm a realist.
