just figured id just throw out something random... you did the veggies just like the pros do. they actually peal off the blackend part. but theres still flavor from the blackend part on it. as long as you just peal it of and dont rinse it you get the flavor... just for the people who dont want the black part. anywho.
Great Texas Chili man. The only thing I would change for me is smoking the chuck whole. First the rub will only be only infuse the outside of the meat. This is the case with the smoke also but to a much less degree since if smoked long enough some will make it to the center. All the rest is great. Grab a bottle of Shiner beer and enjoy!!!

Of course there are weaklings that do not have robust genes that can't handle it. I was raised shoveling cow manure then eating without even washing my hands. There are boys then there are MEN! I'm the guy in the video. Let me square you up since you obviously don;t know much about cooking. The meat was cooked medium rare. Do you know how many people eat medium rare beef???? In addition to that, the veggies cooked for several hours. Have you ever braised anything? When you braise you stick raw meat and veggies (mir poix, bouquet garni, etc) together and cook them.....you know just like I did in the video.
okay im actually going to ask people to stop watching this video and go somewhere else for a recipe. I posted earlier then waited another 2 minutes and saw this man chopping garlic on the same sheet his 1/2 cooked 1/2 raw meat was on. DO NOT practice this or you will make yourself and your family VERY VERY sick
@Woden42 This looks Really good. I love my steaks medium, and there's a little pink juice there. Yours looks so good. Try this, thin steak cooked on high heat in a pan, dash of worcestershire, dab of butter, salt, pepper, when all that good dark stuff sticking in bottom hit it with a little water de-glazing as you go, when medium with lots of that deglazed liquid, take steak out, throw in garlic, onion, lime juice and water, cut steak up, add all together as starter for the chili its INSANE

@JustinCase10261 I will point out your idiocy even though life is very short, because people need to know that there is nothing wrong with chopping garlic on a cutting sheet with raw meat on it AS LONG AS YOU COOK the garlic.
Justin case case is a tool. The meat was cooked medium rare so it was "safe". In addition, the garlic, peppers onions, meat et al cooked for several hours before eating it. It's doubtful Justin case in man enough to take back his misguided comments.

why o why did he not smoke that garlic that should have been on the grill too smoked garlic has awesome flavor...and next time let that meat set for a min to let the juices set also I liked ur piece man u need to start wearing mine when I cook
