my favorite pookie hudson tune--may he RIP-- I think it was the last recording under the Spaniels name and I also think it was actually Pookie singing with the Imperials on the record--lovely song I hope someone can post them doing this with better sound--thanks for putting up here eddie
To solve the confusion there's another song called I Know, I Know.. It's an entirely different song recorded on Lloyd Price's Double L label. It's a breathtakingly beautiful ballad and yes, The Imperials are backing Pookie. As a matter of fact the label credits Pookie Hudson as the artist and not The Spaniels. I searched and saw it's not on Youtube. I'll post it.
