@RednekDude15 the dude above says he's running 1200 watt amp with no problems. If they're 300 max then why isn't he having problems? Not being an ass I have the same speakers and I'm trying to figure out what would be the best size amp to use.

@baseballplaya8 these subs are under rated, about 200 rms or 250 rms would be fine i have a 1000 watt 400 rms amp to my 2 12's and they are still running fine after about 5 months, they dont even bottom out

hey how loud can these subs get? and are they any good? can they shake mirrors. because i might get 2 of them. with a 600 watt amp. my old system was a memphis 10 inch with a 1,200 watt amp, and that thing could shake some windows, but i already sold those.

I got an audioque SD 10 in a crew cab that puts your excursion to shame, those are entry level subs, might wanna think about stepping it up

P1's handle 150 rms a piece... 1 sub + 1 sub = 2 subs. 150 rms + 150 rms = 300 rms. Hmm? 500 rms? That's 200 rms overpowered. 500 rms is for the P2's. You should do your research before purchasing car audio my friend...

hey unscared of the pride I am guessing you have a P300 amp If you want a louder system get new subs not a new amp because the P300 is basically made to push two P1 12's at full capacity.
