@mzhussein the key to assembly is "1" buttons in, direction buttons in, symbol buttons in gaskets in, manipulate pcb in and make sure the "1" rubber pads match with the "1" button pushes (use a small screw driver) then put the two plastic pieces in the middle of the L & R clusters. then put in the "little screw" (the small silver one holdign the PCB in) then close it up and put the 5 black screws in

haha ill tell you what the problem is, i'm just after trying this.

Just remember to make sure the L1 and R1 buttons are in perfectly, putting the L2 and R2 buttons in 1st , placing the rubber poppers in the sections allocated, (behind where L1 and R1 buttons go) and then putting in the L1 and R1 buttons, followed by the we plastic separators as he says put them in. Then holding the controler face down, put the back plate on starting from the L-buttons, and be firm!
