Optifast? I have never heard of it. My surgeon has his patients taking Protein 95 whey formula. Its a protein shake from GMC. Check it out if your still having to get down that aweful looking optifast and make sure you check with your doc first though. =0)

Sounds like you have a good surgeon. Liquid diet is tough, hang in there. Sending positive thoughts your way.
