The first Superboy was a clone who had half of Superman's DNA, and half of Lex Luthor's, and then, Superboy Prime, who is the Superman of this universe, or is supposed to be, who turned evil and joined the Sinestro Corps, and killed the first Superboy. No, the one in the leather was the one in the black T-shirt, he just changed his hair and outfit. The one with the "Space Suit" was Superboy Prime, and he killed the first one. Of course, there's also the pocket universe Superboy, who was killed by General Zod, but let's not get into that, it's too complex.
yeah, superboy was one of the best characters dc had, i've stopped reading their books since they killed him off. it would have been awesome to see superboy reach his full potential like he did when he grew to full maturity

He's a super villain although in his eyes he isn't. Super Villains rarely ever play fair that's the point of them super heroes will try to take the high ground while super villains will use any dirty trick because their lack of a concience, and a code of honor make it easy.
It's listed on comicvine that he has own sense of twisted morals believing himself to be the true Superman.
Add in mainly the Green Goblin, Joker, Loki, Mephisto. None of these nefarious abject bastards are going to give you a fair deal, and they will take any advantage to gain a advantage over you.
Is it bad that I kind of miss his '90s look. I mean, I know it's dated, but I just never cared for the red and black t-shirt

he was killed in Infinite Crisis battling Superboy Prime. they crashed into the anti-matter tower, conner didn't survive. and i'm glad
