Yeah someone made a video where he modded into Kino der toten into sams bedroom and saw creepy stuff in her bedroom while she was stilll alive and then he checked out the more gothic, bedroom of Sam and saw broken window , blood teddy bears, she must have been born with the ability to mess with undead she's an orpan. This is expanded on in Kino, as shown by the two rooms. It's this alter ego that we hear as the Demonic Anouncer. Her telekinetic powers could also help explain how she survived the teleporter incident.

its cause sam is cryogenically frozen inside the machine that grants control over the zombies. she is seemingly killed during the process but somehow she still utilizes the machines power and can still use it. when she is resurrected in moon by the four characters (**SPOILERS**) thats pretty much what happened to sam
