I noticed that on the 18 yrd test you guys shot low left also. Some adj.may need to be made in the sights or your sight picture. Mine shoots dead center for me,but I am former military. Some times it matters, sometimes not. lol Depends on the shooter. This is the first 100 yrd test I have seen. Thanks for posting it. Good luck in your shooting. Can't wait to see the 4095 video. Thinking of getting one. Best of luck guys.
the su 16 is similar in that it folds and it has similar optics on some models. but su16 folds at the butt stock and has an overall length greater than when you fold up the sub2000(fold sub2k near the trigger). sub2000 shoots handgun calibers (9mm 40sw etc) su 16 shoots .223. Its like comparing apples to bigger more powerful apples
my SU16 is very similar, when I bought it the ghost ring was all the way back and it shot an 18" group at 100yds, I moved the ring 3/4 forward and it tightened it to a 7" group.
I'm wondering. Can this weapon be fired while folded. I know that the ammo loads behind the fold in the handle. But I don't know if the ammo loads directly above.
I have a KT Sub2000 9mm, It can do 3" moa's. An interesting thing is that if you shoot sub sonic hand loaded rounds I think you can do better. The real problem is that shooting factory ammo which is usually 1125 fps is that in this gunc you can add 200 fps because of the 16" barbell. So the bullet goes supersonic then transonic (wobbles in the air throws off point of impact) then goes subsonic by the the time it reaches 100 yards. Thats why I 'm hand-loading 900 fps rounds to stay subsonic.
@enjoythewildUSA The only down side, non brass casings are said to not work very well, the extractors can tear them apart. Other than that it's as great a weapon as the man says. I've even found that they work just as reliably with aftermarket magazines. I have a source for very very cheap 33 round KCI glock mags, so less reloading, great option there.
Also, most indoor pistol ranges i've been to allow the use of these since it's pistol ammunition.
@chicoandzeus Sycamore Creek, North East of Mesa. The only problem is that you have to go during the week, or very early, or there are too many quads and motorcycles running around to even hear yourself think.
@TheBeeperman kel-tec puts out a quad rail designed for the sub 2000. MSRP around $97. There's also a pop up scope mount to allow folding. Personally i've not heard many good things about the scope mount, no idea on the rails. I own the glock 9mm version, and have had great accuracy with just the stock sights considering the weapon and what it's used for.

Why not try to find out what the absolute accuracy of the weapon is ?
You go to the trouble of setting up a 100 yard test and then take just a
modicum of time to sight the rifle on each shot. I bet that rifle will shoot
a group less than half of that if you set the rifle on bags and squeeze
each shot off as carefully as possible. Try again.

Has anyone seen the new Keltec shotgun in development. Its a beast.
enjoythewildUSA 1 year ago
That is pretty respectable....50 to 75 you ought to be quite lethal with that firearm.
enjoythewildUSA 1 year ago
@enjoythewildUSA muzzle velocity on the 9mm with +p ammo supposed to be comparable to .357 magnum.
rooklightfeather 1 year ago
@rooklightfeather Given the relative controllability, light weight, and the amount of ammo you can carry, that's a very good option.

Where are you shooting? I live in the valley and am always looking for a place that I can stretch out to 100 yds. without going to Ben Avery.

@chicoandzeus You should try heading up north the i17...exit Table Mesa, great place for shooting, not too much atv and dirtbike traffic
PhatBoiRob1 10 months ago
@chicoandzeus Go north on I-17 to Table Mesa Rd and go west over I-17 and then north. You have to go past the power lines to be legal.
