  • what is that for a bulshit

  • Well, the sure did choose the right guy for the Fat Controller. Just look at his double chin.

  • WHY IS SPENCER MADE FROM WOOD

  • Anyway how big are the tv models

  • @TTTEFANOPERCY6 The Models are Marklin Gauge 1

  • Why isn't Percy's model on display and Rosie's is. screw Rosie Percy is a better and more major in the series then rosie. But it looks fun and I'm gonna go there one day

  • I sat in the Narrow-Gauge James. They need to make him movable with a front coupling, so he can go tender-first. :P

  • Aw,I used to absolutley adore Thomas as a kid. Too bad now he's in dumbass CGI. I always preferred the live action version of him............great to see Drayton Manor taking the models in.

  • k bonito

  • none where i live.

  • Did you ever get to meet Christopher Awdry?

  • Rosie is adorable!

  • @thetophatts good vid

  • Are those models from the ACTUAL SHOW!?!?!?

  • Do you know where the narrow gage engines are?

  • thanks you .... but what state in the US?

  • @gilma1208 This is actually in the UK in a town called Staffordshire. I think there is a Thomas theme park somewhere in the US, not with the TV models, but I am not sure where.....

  • @gilma1208 In California Adventure city has a thomas area. And 6 flags has 2 rides. My son loves it!

  • @gilma1208 yes

  • o meu primo adora :}

  • in what state do they do it... ma son love thomas

  • @gilma1208 Well this in the UK in a town called Staffordshire. I believe there is a Thomas theme park in the US somewhere...

  • @TheTopHatts The county is Staffordshire, the town is Tamworth.

  • hi im on my brotherand account and i saw 2 shows and i love the showes there vever good

  • why is spencer like that?

  • Why do engines 1-7 have different faces?

  • i saw a tugs model at 2 26

  • @TheTopHatts I've never been there before.Did you enjoy it?

  • @thomasisbest23 Yeeeeaah!!! One of the nest days of my life! Love to go back there.

  • I want to go there!

  • Notice the different look of Thomas and Edwards' faces compared to the others.

Their faces are probably just plastic castings, the real ones must be on the models at Nitrogen Studios.

  • Great video, i really want to go there some day. Are the models defenately the real models they used in the series. There eyes don't move, in fact they don't move...:-(

  • @cyril227ify They are REAL! They were bigger than I expected them to be. Some of them like Thomas, Toby and Edward are doubles probably for stunts due to the different faces. The eyes no longer move and nor do the models, they are just stationary, although the Windmill's sales do move. I would love to go back there and if I did, I would make another video as an update.

  • Nice to know that they are real, although you said you think some of them are doubles, where do you think the originals might be?

  • @cyril227ify Some might be in storage, kept in a studio, as gifts for crew members and some are on display in Nitrogen Studios. The first three are just my theory's.

  • Yes, I suppose. Do you know if the scenery is the original stuff used in the TV series? Do you know when the models got a rebuild?

  • @cyril227ify I don't know about the rebuilds, but the scenery are all original. It would be hard to duplicate a station, hence that's why it was easy to make a small face.

  • By the rebuilds I mean, i thought the rebuilt the original 1980s models....In the last model series weren't the using the same models as 1984. Yes it would be hard to duplicate the stations etc. Also it would be hard to transport the scenery when it is all attached together!!

  • Amazing...Thanks for sharing mate!

Heh, that wooden Spencer has always been sort of creepy to me. Just doesn't seem right :P

  • That is amazing. All those exciting things, rides, engines, everything is so Wonderful. I really want to go there.

  • I am very jealous. I doubt I will get to go there anytime in the near future as the price of travel being a big one.

Thank you for posting these pictures, giving us an insight of what it is like there.

    :)

  • That must've looked like fun :)

  • The "Discover Thomas & Friends Exhibition" was probably the most significant place to visit as your childhood heroes is placed there.

Hope you had a great time. :)

  • i went to thomas land a year ago when they had'nt got rosie still good though. i was dissapointed to see though that thomas nor percy's wheels touched the ground they had one underneath. kids would notice this.

  • Ooh! A clear shot of Lucinda at :55! Thanks matey!
