Haha, I'm glad you are so careful and precise. That's probably why when I ordered a new Dell you sent a refurbished one that you had to replace (which I sold). That was about 6 years ago, and I went to Mac. Best decision ever. Thanks, Dell, for screwing up! You got me to Apple products faster!
