I really don't get what has happened to the Ron Paul movement. When a lot of people of all stripes were behind him in his bid for Presidency, we were all worried about the same things he talks about today, yet the message getting out there is that we are in more danger today than when Bush Jr. was in office. More danger from what? These are the same dam policies that Bush had, no more has been added. So where is this fear coming from?

I am not going to disagree with you that a lot of the hate is coming via Obama and dem haters, however, I can legitimately say that Obama and the rest of his administration is doing absolutely nothing to ensure our freedom and upholding anything which empowers the free individual. He has not once proposed that he wants to abolish income tax, nor the federal reserve, nor regulations on small business owners such as myself. Nor has he ever stated that he wishes to abolish insurance as a whole.

When a lot of people of all stripes were behind him in his bid for Presidency, we were all worried about the same things he talks about today, yet the message getting out there is that we are in more danger today than when Bush Jr. was in office. I would have to disagree with Ron Paul on the subject of torture.
I am tried of our military having to follow the Rules. Terrorists don't follow the rules.
Where in the rule book does it say terrorists can torture and behead our men, but we have to ask permission to return fire when shot at. I believe if the terrorists want to play war, then it's no holds bared and anything goes. To win sometimes you have to play dirty. If you don't like it, don't look.

I mean I am a Libertarian! The Democrats have their eloquent, young, and vibrant speaker who now leads the country! Can't anyone realize that they need an eloquent, young, charismatic, and vibrant speaker in the Libertarian Party??? I respect Ron Paul, but when he speaks, his sentences are run-on-sentences - there are no breaks in his speech. He uses big words that at times a lay person can't understand. He is too old-fashioned! And to me, he associates too much with Republicans! Peace

you know, its alot more than an image your voting for when you vote for a president. maybe you should try and educate yourself on those "big words" that ron paul uses instead of being willfully ignorant of throwing your vote(and life) away to some cool hipster president that doesnt give a damn about you unless your a corporation CEO or a fed chairman.
i hope you understand that there is a heavy burden on your shoulders because people like you are the reason the rest of the world is stepped on

I am talking about selling yourself! Sometimes, fupasack2, in order to win you need to play the game of selling. It is like having a beat-up car with a good engine, and good-looking car with a bad engine. More people will want to buy the good-looking car! This is what young people! If you look at the polls of those who were cheering and rallying for Obama, most of them were young people. So what I am saying is commonsense! If Libertarians want to be in the lead, they need to SELL for VOTES!

its not about political parties and who is winning. besides, ron paul is republican anyways.
the bottom line is that anyone who doesnt agree with ron paul, but DOES agree with another politician, is most likely ignorant. its not a matter of opinion of the person. its a matter of fact or fiction.

It sounds like he's talking about the Fort Hood attack, the American born muslim psychiatrist who shot and killed Americant troops. The irony is that most Republicans are saying the opposite of what Ron Paul is saying here. They say Obama is notf being tough enough in that case because of political correctness, and now Ron Paul is saying that what's happening is the opposite, that Obama wants to brand the guy an enemy combatant and give him the death penalty. Who's right, Ron Paul or the GOP?

This video is undated and Ron Paul never mentions the name of the president. Ron Paul is against secret CIA prisons which Obama closed and torture which Obama has said is no longer the policy of the US. Is it possible that Ron Paul is speaking about Bush in this video?

ron paul seems to be the only voice of reason on the hill, and ron paul does not divide americans anymore then the rest of the politicians, he is standing up for whats right in america, and he is going by the constitution, the voice of the population means more than the voice of the leaders, ron paul is the part of the 1% of our leaders that actuly stand for whats right for america and americans, the other 99% do whats right for thier pocketbook and thier friends. via the fed's monopoly money!
