I have two things to say about this.

1. She isn't "saying" anything, it's the original song reversed, it's just a bunch of ambiguous noises, you hear what you want to hear

2. there's no reason to be getting freaked out over it, like i said, it's just a bunch of ambiguous noises. it isn't some kind of "secret message from the government" or anything like that.

listen to passion by utada hikaru, the song is japanese but if reversed the words are almost clear. and they have nothing to do with the government or shit. i recomend listening to this sonng with the japanese reversed instead of the english bc then its giberish.
