Nary a trill in sight -- she didn't even try to fake it. And the strain on the high notes. I'm not impressed with her in the coloratura bel canto repertoire. She should stick to Mimi and Musetta. Florez may agree with me, he looks like he is half-asleep.

@songbirdwatcher I miss the trills, too. And, I could do without the scream up to the final high note. With so many comments mentioning Sutherland, I'd also like to add that Sills was also fabulous in this role, with impeccable technique and glorious trills. All in all, though, Machaidze is certainly an improvement over Netrebko.
