Do you think the best head position for you also depends on the speed you swim as well? Because beginning swimmer and raising my head seems to create too much drag as my hip and legs drop..
i agree that every swimmer must found out which head position is best for him, i think the best would be 30degrees from water, rising head high makes big pressure on the neck

@cricketkuntal1 - Yes. The slower you are, the lower your head should probably be.
