Very Well Done! Johnny Cash, becides having a history of multiple railroad songs, is expecially appropriate here, as this version of the "Casey Jones" song does not insult the historical engineer (who died in a crash in 1900) with the ridiculous adultery charge against his wife Janie most versions do. Janie maintained her claim of trueness to her slain husband for the rest of her life. Cash's last verse instead extolls the honest virtues of the railroad profession, despite its dangers.
