  • you are beast..:))) keep on going !

  • @killyourego1983 Thanks brother. But l can see that you are the beast on the skateboard. No that rocks. Keep up the great work.

  • @ericito162 :))))) I can learn you that if you can learn me beast chin ups ..I can do 10 so far:)

  • @killyourego1983 It takes time. If you think about it this way. Can you curl your bodyweight? Most people cant. But when you do a chinup, you are curling your bodyweight. So as your aems get use to it, they get stronger. Thats why they are so hard in the beginning, Most people quit. You have to be dedicated and consistent for it to work. So give it a shot for a few weeks with about 100 a day, in sets of 10. Try to do them close with 1-2 min breaks. l promise you that you will see a difference.

  • very good work my dude! awesome!

  • You just dont know how bad I would love to be in Highland Park right now. At least I know everyone would be like me and the motivation level would be phenominal. The vest would be right too. That would be awesome for me and a privilege to Calis with you all. Hopefully one day.

  • great work man, how's the shoulder been? Looks like you've been able to do more with it lately!

  • Whats up brother? Actually it both shoulders, but they seem to be handling the calis real good. I still have my limitations but overall I've gotten stronger and built up stamina and endurance. Its all good and im lovin the results. How have you been doing? Its been a while.
