@killyourego1983 It takes time. If you think about it this way. Can you curl your bodyweight? Most people cant. But when you do a chinup, you are curling your bodyweight. So as your aems get use to it, they get stronger. Thats why they are so hard in the beginning, Most people quit. You have to be dedicated and consistent for it to work. So give it a shot for a few weeks with about 100 a day, in sets of 10. Try to do them close with 1-2 min breaks. l promise you that you will see a difference.

hmm yea its good, but if you just had a surgery bro dont get that weight up, try to get 20 full pull ups first. peace man
