That was done by splitting full view into left & right.

The right view faded in-out by changing "capacity" with Adobe Premier.

(Same as the singer in the small room too.)

That's called "compositing video technique"

The concept is similar to PANORAMA function for still image.

Recorded 2 times without moving the camera

(to make frame size & position remain the same)

and then put them together with Adobe Premiere.

No, both guitars used direct recording without Mic.

Gtr(use Ovation Pickup)==> Art StudioV3 TubeMP (Acoustic Gtr Mode)==> Audio interface

SM58 was used only for chorus vocal line that was added later

(not seen in this video)

and in OUTRO (singing unison with guitar line)
