IT was decided at 3:09 where the red car (the FD) intentionally didn't block the "player" and instead when he tried to overtake he got bumped into the rail and killing off his acceleration.

@ofnir123 it's a boosted battle so it's hard to take such racing lines in battle. And the fact that some of the maps rely heavily on the use of gutters causes the driver to change his/her lines

Why they just only races with speed for straight not the drift skill look at the 0:32 until the the end they just hit the brake and turn the cornering its not like the drift and anyway drift is like hit the brake and you have to do is drift the car and hit the gas sorry for comment this its for advice and actually i can drift better and my car is integra and doesnt modify the car

This is Initial D5, dude. Basicly It comes with Tire Management System, so you can't just drift your car away or you will slow down your car on the corner exit. Grip technique more suitable for this game ... I tried play with drift technique, the shift-lock one and though i managed to drift properly, in the end it just slow down the car on the corner exit.

@mark76533 IDAS5 focuses more on keeping lines. Not drifting through them. Like driftertakumi said, it's tire management system. The more grip you have, the harder you can continue to push your car. And drifting an integra wouldn't work so well...since it's an FF car so you'd be powersliding....

U will accel faster.. in good engines.

i agree with you. at 00:45 they could have just attacked it at 120-100, and brake down to 80-90 before attacking the corner, holding the car at 2nd or 3rd gear.
