Who's suposed to be Larxene or Demyx? To me it looks like they are (left-to-right): Xemnas, Saix, Axel, Luxord, very glowy surfaced piece of cardboard/paper and Roxas. But from what I read from comments there is/are Larxene and/or Demyx there.

The cardboard is Demyx, our friend flaked out on us so we made due.

For those lines, I didn't rewatch the video to see if its exactly the same, but from the original script:
