I did his 2 day course in Lagua Seca back around '90 or '91 (20 years ago). I think it was around $2,000, and back then you had a choice of your bike or theirs. And I'd pay again to ride around Lagua Seca. Was a bit timid, being 20 at the time & worried about dumping their bikes. But knowing what I know now & after racing in WERA/CMRA for several years, I'd go balls out. Just got software to transfer VHS to DVD, so I'll be posting my laps in the next day or two, if you to want to see.
That 2 day camp is like 2500 USD thats insane for some riders thats a ton of money.. Well at least for me it is. Wish to take the school but i dont see it happening any time soon:) sucks but thats life:))hahha
@sajberkurajber0167 yep. $2300 for two days, and that doesnt include airfare, hotel and the cost to rent a car to get you from the airport to the hotel or track. you would think that for $2300, the least they could do is provide transportation from one of their suggested hotels to the track. I'm sure it's awesome, but hell, i'm not a big baller like that.
I was in Mondello Park International Racing Circuit this year and have to give the California Super bike School a big thumps up. For novices it will build up your confidence in what your bike/tyre can do. Get the technique right on track and be a safer rider on road...
you never heard of the 'ghost that never lies'?? you should ask Peter Griffin... but anyway, this ghost here on the back of the bike with the camera is another ghost....
Nice video brother...I attended Willow Springs...going back in June! :) Nice job...you looked really smooth and like you were having fun. Next thing you know you'll be draggin an elbow. ;) Fun to watch!

if you feel like your torso is twisting try opening your hip up to teh side you are turning (ie inside hip further back than your outside hip)

Cool video, nice riding. Thinking about taking the one day class. Would be nice to be able to afford the 2 day course. Peace!

Would you recommend the two day school?
misterwipedown 3 years ago
yah, you get more for your money with the two day. More track time, smaller classes, etc.
