  • Your favorite soft pastic worm?

  • It's always fun to go to Walmart and pick out a bag a' somethin' squishy and see what you catch.

  • 2:18 hellgramite they are fun to catch and are the best smb bait

  • im from australia and i love your acent

  • Yum dinger is one of my best plastic lures. ;D

  • YUM watermelon is the best for my Bass pond ;)

  • @The2Anglers Same here, btw what do you recommend for an incredibly small pond?

  • @bulldude8796 maybe switching to a 3'' dinger....smaller soft plastics.....accually got a nice 6lber last week on a bluegill crankbait....and I can cast across the pond I was fishing

  • @bulldude8796 What kind of fish are in it? If bass and sunfish at my ponds for the big Bass pond I use the YUM dinger wacky riged, for the small sunfish pond I use Corn, Bread, Powerbait, Nightcrawlers, and some lures.

  • when i use the plastics do i have too put them back in the bag

  • @elpaisajose after use of the soft plastics the scents and salts are usually gone from the worm I usually just toss them and start fresh man

  • @countryboycutlery Try just putting salt in the bag and just shaking it, I have been trying it and it actually works. BTW give it scents by adding a little lime juice.

  • U got a lot of plastics

  • Hey there CountryBoy, nice collection of plastics. I was wondering i just bought a bag of those Dinger's that you said you have alot of luck with and i bought a bag of 5in Dinger's Black and blue flake. I was wondering if those would work good if semi clear water (i live in Ohio) and if i should experiment with them by cutting one of them down to 3in and seeing if that would catch bass better? But nice video and would like a response thanks.

  • @AmericanRifleMan1997 sure man Ive been fishing the 4'' alot lately too and the kinda cull the dinks out some....but for sure experment with them......Ive grown quite fond of the "Mardi Gras" color as well1

    Tight Lines

  • Do you use five inch Garry yammoto worms? they work very well also.

  • @MrFlyingmonkeycrap I agree they do work but are wayyyyyyyyyyy over priced and do not hold up when u use them.....EXP. I can use my Yum Dingers and catch 6 to 8 fish off 1 and the Yamamotos fall apart after 2 fish...they fail!

  • @countryboycutlery or 2 cast

  • i got the albino at walmart lol but im in Texas so..

  • I'm in despret need of soft plastics got any old one you want to send me my email is Bryan.bingham@att.net email me to get my adress

  • What's your favorite colors for plastics? I mean, the color that you've had the most success on? When I started, I leaned more towards the brighter colors, but I've actually had more success on the darker ones.

  • @66SiK anythang to match the hatch/foodsorce.........I love me some green pumpkin/green

  • New to soft plastics. After a day of fishing with soft plastics (yum dingers) do you toss them back in the pack with the rest or rinse them off?

  • @texazsouth toss'm man always fish a fresh 1

  • nice setup man. just a tip. go to walmart and get some culprit red shad. they're top notch. the only worms i use.

  • hey dose a fake frog work

  • ur a fishing nerd

  • does that gulp really work? man i'm going to have to buy that next time im at bass pro!

  • @TheSickdrift yeah Ive caught them so so on the gulp texas rigged.

  • hey man long time since we have talked!! but we are starting to stock up our gear for the summer so we are looking around to see what all our friends use and mashing together what we think is the best! anyways great vid!

  • I love wacky rigging Senko-type baits - I caught a 4-pounder last spring on one, which is good size up north where I live. (Massachusetts)

  • @tony93666 great method for shure I usually Texas or wacky them and I kill the smallies....they aint used to it and eat it up for shure

  • i use the gary yamamoto senkos 5" in motor oil color great olmost a garantied catch, their i budget buster though, pretty darn ecpensive, i bout the yum dingers to give them a try and i still havent couldt anything they dont seem that good to me what do you think?

  • Well i do good with the dingers....what size and color are ya using? and how u rigging them, also where ya fishing?

  • im using the 5 inch yamamotos in motoroil, but the dingers im using also 5 inch and watermelon /red flk, they look like a bass catching worm but i havent had any luck yet, also im in tarpon springs florda fishing mostly on lake tarpan and in seminole area, thanks

  • well thats a good size for fla. lakes

up here i usually use a dinger in watermelon........also a new color called ozark smoke.......also green pumpkin purple too

I Texas rig fish them as well......but ill tell u a trick.......dont use them worm weights when Texas rigging them they are to heavy i found out.......try a small bullhead sinker right above the dinger or a small splitshot works just as good....i found out the slower the fall the better the results man

  • great, thanks a binch man, and good luck out there!

  • @countryboycutlery what size hook would you recommend for a 5 inch yum dinger and seven inch yum dinger? And the fluke?

  • hay im jake i use the 5in dinger all the time i use greys when i run out but every time i put on a dinger i get a 3 or 4 pound bass no kidding try the 5 inch in watermelen or black

  • fair range hahaha

  • what do you do with the yum boogey tails

  • i use 6 inch yum dingers i get lots of 3 and four pound bass

  • i like everything white i always get better fish usually white grubs in a med size

  • whtes a great color!!!!

  • nice viedo

  • is the gulp alive any good

  • never fishd with them that much to tell ya.........Ive heard people swear by them I know the bait attractant spary they make works crawfish sented

  • theyre alright but kinda pricey..

  • you ever try senkos?

  • yeah man they are very similur to Dingers I usually just use what I have better access too

  • its always funny when you talk about the dead ringers the funiest part is when you say cucumber seed and made by zoom

  • hahaha i talk with a twang

  • I laughed when you said "YUM" at the beginning. I live just south of you in NC, I get any and all kinds of cool and weird accents.

  • me too

  • can you do a review one the 4 in. dingers?

  • U bet man comming soon

  • thanks man

  • If I only had $15-30 to spend, what lures or soft baits would you guys suggest for purchase? I'm going for mostly bass and panfish. Anything that can catch multiple species actually. Any help?

  • Comment removed

  • yum dinger- any color depending on what theyre eating and water color

    money minnows- shad colored

  • I agree 3'' dingers would work well man with a texas rig 1/0 hook and a small split shot next 2 the ding.......I also throw alot of cranks I am turning on to Kopper's Live Target cranks they are awesome

  • The New River

  • Actually, here in Indiana, you can buy the regular flukes, as well as the super flukes at Wal-Mart. My favorite is the watermellon seed. The bass just tear it up....Great video

  • could you do a video on the jackall flick shake worms?

  • We don't have bass in newfoundland, so I've never tried soft baits. do you have any success using these on trout? in particular the helgramites? I use a fly pattern, I tie it myself, that represents a helgramite and it works in the wintertime when fish are on bottom. Great video, going to watch part 2 now!! cheers, ED

  • Thanks Ed I have some soft plastics that work great on trout.....Like in my newwest fishing vid with the wild brown I am using a crappie jig(a tube jig) they are deadly on trout I do the best with white pearl color......I have also did good on heligmites and tiny black crayfish I have some they will really fool them wild trout and draw them out from hiding..

  • Yep I souly believe that.......the spray is awesome!

  • Great stuff man, i also love using those Dingers, i like to use the 5" dingers for the bass, i even caught a 30" pike up here this past summer, great baits. Take a look at my soft plastics video and share some other colors i should try out this upcoming summer. Great video 5/5!
