Infamous 3 will have cope alive again because the good ending is the canon ending and even though he was dead electricity heals cole. The lightning strike most like struck the casket which surged electricity throughout it reviving cole.

I really love the changes Zeke went through in Infamous 2. Throughout Infamous 1, I hated him and knew straight up that he'd do something stupid. Zeke really evolved in this game and easily became one of my favourite sidekicks
