To answer "why do people still do this when there is digital modeling", you should really read the Steve Jobs biography. It mentions how important it is to see the physical product and not just a render of your model. Not to mention that many designers hit a brick wall when dealing with computers, and find much more creativity in their models when physically working with their creations. Both physical and digital models have their places.
You can buy all tools and materials used in the video from the two companies "Franz Kolb" respectively "Kolb Technology" in Germany. We ship worldwide. Visit kolb-group(dot)com. In the section ->products -> studiomaterial -> tools, slicks & radius kits you will find a list with 91 different slicks/spring steels.

Which type of Clay do you have? The Clay that I used in this video is special styling clay and is more like plasticine. This material never realy hardens and is reversible over many years...
The oven we use is a Kolb ClayOven. You can find it on our website kolb-technology[dot]com in the section Products/StudioEquipment and can of course buy it directly from us. Same with the tools: we produce them and have a broad portfolio of clay tools and steels/slicks. Visit our website. In the section Products/StudioMaterials/Tools, Slicks & radius kit you can find three pdf-files (list tools, list slicks and list radiuses).
Danke für das Video! Es ist wirklich klasse, daß sich mal jemand Zeit genommen hat, Interessierten und Neueinsteigern das Thema Clay näherzubringen - bitte mehr davon!
On our Homepage you will find a link to our wordpress blog. We just started a new project: we will show how to build a fullscale car model of styling clay. We did the design with the help of a quarterscale model, will scan this and finally mill it in fullscale. Of course we will post these videos also on YouTube - but in our blog you will find additional texts and descriptions. Hope you like it. Looking forward to comments.
Just to verify is that 58 degrees celcius? That is 136 degrees fahrenheit, so I assume it is very warm?

I only wish my digital clay was so well behaved as your Kolb InDeClay.
