First, it is not called the Barry Bonds Took Steroids era. It is called the Steroid Era meaning everybody was taking steroids. Eric Gagne. Mark McGwire. Roger Clemens. Manny Ramirez. Alex Rodriguez. Jason Giambi Almost 75% of the league was jacked up on some illegal thing that popped up in the 90's so there was no way to detect drug. There are exceptions of course like Jeff Kent, Derek Jeter, Randy Johnson, but I say the playing level was even. Barry stood out as the best still.
sorry i dont agree with you at all for the simple reason. bonds onll started his home runs in big numbers after his use of roids man. at least mac was always a big home run hitter from day 1. mac hit 49 is first season. bomds was hitting around 34. so think about that
Unlike McGwire, however, Bonds was so much more than a home run hitter. He was a great all-around hitter/player with or without roids. His strikeout numbers were incredibly low for a slugger. Also he was a tremendous base-stealer until his latter years. (40/40 man and only 500/500 player in history).
Could not agree with you more. Hopefully, as more and more "clean" players are exposed, fans will eventually realize Barry Bonds wasn't great because he took steroids, he just happened to be the greatest player to take them.
I notice that several of the favorite players you listed on your profile are likely steroid users, including known steroid-user Miguel Tejada.
Or is it simply because he is perceived to be a jerk? If that is the case, I suggest you put a gun to your own head and pull the trigger, lest you live as a supreme hypocrite.

Nice video.
Sums it all up:
"Love him or hate him, there is no denying the intense furor Bary Bonds inspires over his exploits on the field "

Is taking steroids to get a competitive edge cheating if your opponent is taking the same steroids? NO! The man was HOF bound before the roids. No *

Not allowed in Hall of Fame. punishment enough. Anyway, he was a damn fine ballplayer before steroids.

The HOF can be turned into a landfill, for all I care. It's nothing but a clique of self-important elitists.

Why? For taking steroids?

you're a loser with too much time on your hands. Go get a job or a girlfriend. Or both.

I was about to respond to your message, then I checked your apparent age of 16.

Quite odd that you didn't use "Barry" or "Bonds" as one of your keywords, since the entire video is ABOUT him.
After seeing your videowork, I'm very impressed. I loved the ones you did on the Reds, too.

"Barry Bonds" is in the text box area. Words in the text box area scan the same as keywords.
I could do much better if I had video editing software other than the limited WMP.
