  • Turn the blade around in your mini-hack saw. Cutting on the pull stroke is always more accurate than pushing with a hand saw of any kind on any material.

  • what size drill did u use??

  • love it. Thanks man.

  • why don't u use a dream cutter?

  • I like how it works but the process kept me on my toes thinking you was going to cut yourself.

  • Wow, way to much brute force to cut the can, next time use a razor knife to score the can, then use a pipe cutter to make the cut, this will produce a very smooth cut, You can also freeze water in the can and use the pipe cutter.

Alternatively you could mark the can with a Sharpie and then use a Dremel tool to make the cut.

  • MINIBULL DESIGN BIOS

  • very informative ..thanks

  • I like it, nice design, looks familiar

  • I love this video. It teaches how to build one instead of watching one sit there and burn. I used you directions and made one today and it works perfect. I wonder if it would work as good it it was a little taller where it would hold more fuel? Thanks a million, Wally

  • i use a chopsaw to cut the bottles, way easier. This looks like the Minibull Design Bios 2!

  • Dude use a monster double energy can go to tetkoba

  • hacksaws dont cut pushing forward...only when dragging back

  • @stfenkool You Got That Backwards,They Do The Cutting On The Forward Motion

  • @tylerdurden1971 yep your right! thanks haha

  • @stfenkool they only cut in one direction, but you can put the teeth faceing the way you want to cut. Cutting on the forward motion is standard, but not the rule.

  • Excellent do it yourself demo, I will check out your website.

  • If cutting the can is that dangerous and you ARE making an instructional video, why not use safety gloves?!

  • Bandsaw!

  • Excellent illustration on how to roll the edge!

  • I made this stove and I got to say it works fantastic. The die was an adventure though I should have put a little lube on it. My garage is 40 feet long and it cleared every inch of it with a bang. Bottle jack was frozen up. Used a floor jack and the bumper of my jeep and just kept rotating it. Any way it's great. Thanks.

  • Excellent video - I've found some venom bottles and I'll let you know how it goes!

  • Seems like a lot of extra work and mess, for something that can be done in a few mins with scissors and a nail.

  • @mryellow123 Yea I made one of those too with the two can bottoms and a push pin. What a POS.

  • Why is it the Ultimate Alcohol Stove ????

Uses less fuel, boils water quicker, why ????

    No explanation why ?

  • @paulpm1974 because its 10x's stronger than a generic penny stove. You did a good job making that stove.

  • swweeet man

  • why don't you use a dremel tool?

  • why dont you get a pipe/tubing cutter?

  • Don't you need to cut a few notches into the stove edge before you press it in the die?

If you don't, how can the alcohol get in between the 2 walls to vaporize?

Whats the purpose of the 2 breather holes at the top?

  • How much $ for 6 of them?

  • Wow, now that's an alcohol stove.

  • Very Nice Job!!

  • Very doable!

Enjoyable as well as informative, as well. Definitely my next DIY project. Thanks for sharing.

  • I like how you used a Jack to squeeze the cans! I saw it done with a press and special tools and thought forget it. Now I can do it !

  • Probably one of the best Stove Build videos on Youtube...Thank You.

  • Great job friend, Take a look at my vid. best stove for sm. pots, let me know your thought.
