@forlorndivinity No it isn't. This NES pirate came out in 1997, three years before the GBC version.

why does all the pirated music have the same instruments?

@STARTANGELO They're all made by companies that have a few of the same developers, would be my guess

@STARTANGELO A lot of Hummer Team games have the same instruments for the same reason that a lot of Capcom games have the same instruments: a developer reuses the same music engine.
