I loved the BE and Demon lore in BC. Even though I never really played WoW for RP reasons i felt BC had the best RP dungeons in the game, Karazhan, Magtheradon, TK, BT, and Sunwell were all amazing. Still pissed that Blizz killed off Kael'Thas Sunstrider instead of making him the BE faction leader again at the end of BC. Why do they never give the villains in this game a chance at redemption :(, Illidan, Kael, and Arthas were decent dudes at some point.
I think that the only thing that will resemble the old blizzard will be the deathwing encounter on patch 4.3.... but just 1 encounter out of a whole raid (or out of a whole expansion)
I really hope Tera online makes Blizzard to step up their game in terms of game development and creativity..
Sunwell Plateau was a fitting end to the Burning Crusade xpac IMO. We learn that the true threat to Azeroth was from Kael'Thas (summoning the devil himself Kil"jaeden), not Illidan. And to think this wasn't originally on the drawing board when Blizzard was designing BC!
@sudjuklema Molten Core? Are you serious, After spending months farming it back in Vanilla, I never want to see another trash mob again. The trash were nasty. The instance dragged and the excitement hardly lasted that long... In the end you had to be dragged to the instance to even bother. Now that my rant's over, good on you!
I wish i had the software to get this music directly from the game... because i'm sorry WMG but you have the sequence of music wrong in this i think. Some of the tracks from the Well music are actually sequentially more fitting after certain tracks of this part.
Vanila was the best... 40 guys on MC , on BWL or onyxia . Now, The quest are harder than wotlk >< if you have a less 270 stuff you'll die on the first quest lvl 81...
I miss TBC too... But you ppl keep say "outland quests was beter", "outland raids was harder", well, your pritty worng... Today at cata, the raids are bloody hard as hell, even maybe harder than most of tbc's raids... And bosses got lot of new fighting styles and so :P + questing is lot more fun, on outland it was nice, but nothing camper to cata's questing. ICC is fine...until you get to the Upper Spire and it becomes Naxx 3.0. After Deathbringer fight there are really no Cinematic events for the raid until the Lich King. Ulduar may have been a lot more challenging, and a lot more gimicky but it was also a lot more fun and had a lot more variety. ICC has Lootship, and then nothing.

The bosses were challenging, the scenery was gorgeous and inspired, and of course, the music is some of the best heard, not only in a raid instance, but in the ENTIRE game. Dont get me wrong, there has been some good raids since (like Ulduar), but the Sunwell will always be my favourite :)

I was too late with starting with wow, I want to do all these burning crusade raids. But I never get a raid for it since all of the jackasses only care about getting good loot from the bosses.
And lets not forget about the Sythe of Elune... After all the worgen are not from this dimension and need to be summoned by the Sythe of Elune, or by Ur's spellbook. The Sythe was lost in Duskwood, but the Black Riders could have taken it down into the depths of Karazhan's Crypt. The Crypt scretches from benethe Karazhan to the Raven Hill Cementary in Duskwood. This way be a new instance were the Sythe is obtained. Exavior, Drenden
Remember, Kil'Jaden was only stoped from entering Azeroth. So he is still out there with Sargeras as well. Cat is going to be about Deathwing, in the elemental plain. The entrance to which is near Mount Hijal.
@Arc8972 Actually, there is a portal near Mount Hyjal, created by the fire elementals, to the Firelands. It's not to "the elemental plane", only the firelands. Deepholm is accessible through the Maelstrom, the Skywall is hovering over Uldum, and The Abyssal Maw is deep within Vashj'ir.
i think wow needs to make an expansion where the players don't kill the major enemy and it escapes. it would make the game last much longer and it would be a more epic feel once you do kill him
3rd one is located in darkshore and for the 4th one there are thoughts that he is under tirisfal glades under that unxploreable part next to deathknel...in lore when high elves landed on the lands of eastern kingdoms few of the helfs went loco and their first king sealed that presence away :D go wowwikia it :D

Since Sargeras leads the burning leigeon, and they control most of Azeroth's problems, he'll probably be one of the very last bosses in the game, Im etting on him and the old gods as being the final ones.

Ah Sunwell... that place was way too difficult back in the day. There's the extra hard fights like Brutallus, Felmyst and the Twins, and there's M'uru who was damn near impossible pre-nerf. The Kil'jaeden fight was worth all that at least!
they might be planning a true Kil'Jaeden fight in a later expansion (i hope), since this was ,tho epic, a fight vs a weakened half form of Kil'Jaeden, since the summon wasn't complete yet
Nah, i doubt it. Deathwing is much like The Lich King, they were both being used by a higher power, but then became more powerful and carried out their own Agenda.
In Deathwing's Case it was the Old Gods trying to use him to help them escape..
Besides, with Kil'jaeden banished fr the moment and Sargeras nowhere to be found, nobody would be powerful enough to try and control him.

You may think, that you act freely, and maybe you do, but it's ok for them, cus they have plan to 99.99% of your actions.

got me thinkin.....1st the boost up Eastern Kingdoms n Kalimdor.....somethin tells me tht after this expansion they might get Sargeras to Outland its a nice idea 4 4th expansion.....(after Cataclysm)

Since Sargeras leads the burning leigeon, and they control most of Azeroth's problems, he'll probably be one of the very last bosses in the game, Im etting on him and the old gods as being the final ones.

yeah thinkin bout tht too,well I like readin some lore frm time to time....and the head-place of the Burning Legion is Outland so I'd expect him there.....but all tht would be so easy to guess n stuff so my guessing is tht Blizz will surprise us....

@xXvironXx Actually, the Burning Legion's capital is in Argus, home planet of the Eredar and Draenei. We will probably fight Sargeras in "Sargeras's Tomb" which is on Azeroth.

Lol no dude i did it on PTR and you enter an "instanced " Version of sunwell raid like the starting Death knight area you dip Quel Delar into it then some NPC mage Opens a Port for you back to Dalaran so Dw the raid is still there. =D

Ah Sunwell... that place was way too difficult back in the day. There's the extra hard fights like Brutallus, Felmyst and the Twins, and there's M'uru who was damn near impossible pre-nerf. The Kil'jaeden fight was worth all that at least!

they might be planning a true Kil'Jaeden fight in a later expansion (i hope), since this was ,tho epic, a fight vs a weakened half form of Kil'Jaeden, since the summon wasn't complete yet

Unlikely. He was permanently banished from Azeroth when we defeated him. So unless we fight him in the twisting nether, this probably won't happen.
We'll probably fight sargeras at some form.

Nah, i doubt it. Deathwing is much like The Lich King, they were both being used by a higher power, but then became more powerful and carried out their own Agenda.
In Deathwing's Case it was the Old Gods trying to use him to help them escape..
Besides, with Kil'jaeden banished fr the moment and Sargeras nowhere to be found, nobody would be powerful enough to try and control him.

@gothcraft Well, there are at least 3 Old Gods, they can communicaty with each other, they are far beyond mortal minds, and they had the time to make a plan for almost every single choices os what your "Free will" can choose. It's like if you do that, that's ok, we swith to plan 312314dfh, but you do that, then we choose alfa plan 423432rfe. You may think, that you act freely, and maybe you do, but it's ok for them, cus they have plan to 99.99% of your actions.

ahh the Sunwell :) such a epic place (but wasn't the Sunwell in Silvermoon city???????????? it was in WC3 RoC) first of all its the place where our friend Kel'Thuzad was reborn and after that it's now used to rezz Kil'Jaeden.....just so fricking epic

Sunwell Plateau was apart of SIlvermoon City, just seperate, in the book Arthas: Rise of the Lich King he had to freeze the water to get across
