I bought a skin from Unique Skins and used it for a couple weeks with the clear Speck Candyshell V2. It was a snug fit but it worked with very little watermarking. Just FYI.

Nice review Larry, love that you tried and showed the scins with differant clear cases (especially the Reveal - my case of choice)

The skins look very interesting, just a shame about the lack of designs available, also the designs they have all seem very basic.

I think that logo on the screen protector would bother me even though it's black on black. But I am impress how thin those skins. Always wanted to try one on with a case. Thanks for the review.

Surely the point of a Zagg, thin or whatever skin, is that it should render a case irrelevant?

In the real world maybe but for case fanatics like us as well as people who want to keep their phones pristine, no. Cases damage phones, skins protect the phone from both cases and interactions when no case is used as well.

that may be true however i have used skins before, especially zagg...three times!

in theory they sound like the best protection but when u actually use em, it just doesnt feel right

you lose the feeling of the phone, ive always enjoyed the naked iphone feel but, zagg just obivously ruined it.

almost all cases will scrtach ur phone, one way or another. the thing that cases fail at is lint and dust.

cases like the griffin reveal v2 and speck seethru do a great job of that though
