Completely fucking butchered this song, hacked it up to pieces and threw it in a hole and burried it. Compared to John Mayer's performance in "Where The Light is", this is a disgrace, a spit in the face. Aweful, just aweful. The guitar playing was absolute garbage. I think my ears started to bleed.

Many people don't realize the point of covers.
It doesn't have to be the same thing. While the original is a complex masterpiece put together this one is simple but yet it is still amazing.

@OctyB - WOW! Just wow. Better than Mayer? You must have feet for ears because this doesn't even come close to touching Mayer's emotion and playing ability. He is playing in too slow of a tempo for this song....PLUS.....where's the solo? Where's the fucking solo? This song - and most JM songs for that matter - have solos. Because that is what completes this style of song writing.
