FUCK the wi humane society! i paid 10 dollars (non refundable) to get my dog fixed . This was back in november, never got any phone calls to set up appointments, nothing, the fat bitch peggy is never in her office, nor does she respond to voicemails, then they want 200 dollars for a dog that you know nothing of its history, This organization is a bunch of bullshit
