This is old school procedure. the newest procedure uses the CC Curve insert needle then not puncturing the skin at all. the new way is from Natural orifice method leaving no scars ...done from inside the mouth.

Since it is fat that is injected, it should last as long as your own fat that is in your face. It could be semipermanent. Everyone is different.

Not painful at all. She has a dental block so she doesnt feel a thing. If anyone gets something like this, make sure to ask for a dental block.

yeah, thats true. my surgeon told me that implants are noticeable, i'll ask him again.. luckily he's a great surgeon, very honest and realistic. he also operated many italian celebrities; i met some of them out of his studio^^ wish u the best for your aspect!
