  • Put up another video. Isolation is a big part of being transgender because we challenge the givens that most people accept and they don't know quite how to approach us or what to expect.

You have a very pretty name. One girl I work with became jealous when I told her my new name. We joked when she said how it must be nice choosing a name since very few get that opportunity and again unlike most, we're questioning what's given to us.

  • I hope you see more videos and keep up updated!

  • Graat voice. Very natural. Greetings Meam

  • Hang in there hun. You will make friends where you are.

  • I really liked your video; please, please, PLEASE keep them coming! :-)

  • I hear what you're saying. I've just begun transition at 35 and have all of the problems you have plus a minimum wage job. I'm trying to get back into college but they won't accept my 90 plus college credits and my AS degree. It's not fun.

Parents are miserable and non-supportive. I'm not as depressed or suicidal since I went on hormones. The androgens/testosterone really messed with my mind for the significant part of my life.

I'm considering relocating but it will be tough.

  • It seems like a "catch 22" situation, starting a new life yet moving far from your family and friends who knew the "old you". I think it's just a matter of time for you before really feel 100% comfortable with the social issue. I also know that feeling of being ready to explode if you don't get it out there. Way to go! You're awesome.
