  • 3:23 sweet solo ..... nattttt!

  • i hope that garageband is your main instrument!

  • does it also works whit garageband?

  • Someone forgot to tune their guitar before recording.

  • @HighGroundMusic Of course it does

  • michael23- look up the blue icicle.

  • i don't have an input on my macbook

it's the white macbook 13" inch

  • @michael23punkrock i think there is a way of doing it through USB if not ask your local apple store they are really helpful !!

  • @michael23punkrock same here, Macbook white, so you've got an input/output on the left of your MB and it's where you put the cable (1/8") and the other to the guitar as you know, you go to system preferences then 'sound' and you chose the aplet 'input" on the bottom of the panel you should see "use audio port for" and you chose input, it works for me, try it = )

  • How do I plug the computer back into the amp?

  • @xolilcreight You would need to buy a two way chord

  • what program do you use to record?

  • @ramdawgy Logic Pro

  • Alot of these tutorials relate to plugging a guitar into a macbook PRO as opposed to a macbook. The macbook doesnt have a line in. Can anyone please confirm that a simple jack to USB converter solves this problem on a macbook, and garageband will pick up the guitar input via the USB?? Thanks!

  • @tjaziz i tried it and it worked form so you shouldn't have any problems

  • @Skillbrothers thanks...did you have to change any preferences or settings??

  • garageband

  • @tjaziz macbook pro 15 and 17 does..

  • too much guitar noise, better get a USB audio interface or better: turn down your guitar volume or better practice and practice without guitar distortion!

  • Tune*

  • Tube ya guitar :)

  • @adzer19 its ok..i got it working with the new macbook...

  • @cityofrock nice

  • @cityofrock 13 inches macbook pro?

  • @juankrlox yep

  • @juankrlox its the same method...

  • Use a USB adapter in the Mac Book white. It works great, just remember to mess with the audio settings.

  • @bighrabovsky Thanks man, and thanks for watching, don't forget to subscribe. Got new helpful stuff coming out soon!

  • If ur usin a stomp box you can get a converter for pluging in your iPod in to the amp but put it on the "out" side of the box and plug in the small dubble ended lead but I only do that coz I'm a lazy balm

Also what make is your guitar

  • @sonisphere098 my guitar is an acoustic solutions. thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe

  • @Skillbrothers don't forget to bring a towel.

  • @Skillbrothers i have the same problem.. i think we have to buy an usb adaptator cable cause there is no other way to plug an instrument..

  • Which MacBook do you have? A Pro? And how much GHZ and RAM? Thanks

  • I am using a standard white mac book and it has a 2.3 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and a 2 GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM memory.

  • Ok thank you. I'm going to buy a Mac..but I don't know which, the iMac or the MacBook. And I don't know which Mac ist the best to work with GarageBand and use it as an alternate amp

  • He's using screenflow, the picture in picture is part of screenflow

  • Hey, what do you use for your screen capture? It is very clear. I tried Camstudio but its pretty messy. Also your picture on picture works well too. What editing program do you use for that.
