yea that is true i see that alot. we actually had to correct our tech during camp on somethings since this is his first time w/ us during marching season. but yea i was speaking from my style and.. look at the 2nd bass he's not wobbling, which is where alot of my my previous statement originated. and also look..first bass is picking his whole foot up as to where 2'nd is just bring his heels up. idk but to me that looks very bad.
Yeah, everyone has their own technique, but everyone in a marching band should be uniform. And especially everyone in a nine-man (?) drum line should be uniform.

"That is just where I come from" technique. You have to feel what you play in order to play in space & time.
