Mr. Rath is basing his interpretation on one study which suggested that upper castes may have higher affinity to Europeans but there are many other studies that have disproven this. Either way it is difficult to know since the data is so confusing but given the data and archeological evidence, I believe the Hindu culture to be quite homogenous with the exception of the languages spoken.

This professor is not a geneticists or Indologist. Mr. Rath is basing his interpretation on one study which suggested that upper castes may have higher affinity to Europeans but there are many other studies that have disproven this. Either way it is difficult to know since the data is so confusing but given the data and archeological evidence, I believe the Hindu culture to be quite homogenous with the exception of the languages spoken.
This is only this professor’s opinion out of the many.

One thing I feel he's mistaken on is the fact that he's saying the continuity is only there from south to north in India, and then outside (Middle East/West Asia, East Europe, West Europe) is all one homogeneous pool of Caucasians (that's what was implied it seems). nope you should read more recent studies on autosomal dna, east africans have 26% paternal euroasian ancestry and ~40% + euroasian autosomal dna. they are heavily mixed.
and yes north indians are a different group to the southern ones but they both originally come from the same caucasus region and they are both caucasian so they where similar to begin with and didnt intermix much due to the caste system.

nope southern indians look like sendhil ramamurthy, that is caucasian features with dark skin. skin color doesnt determine race, skullshape and facial features do. a minority of southern indians have australoid admixture though (very few) which is the reason why some of them can have broad features sometimes.
