  • Love in its purest form <3

  • Im not a guy that listen classic but this song gave me a kick on my ass i just feel outside and which this forever but im sgy to tell this to my friend that i like music classic!

  • I don't play the piano, but I once had a dream that I was playing this.... It was the best feeling ever.

  • I don't often listen to classic music, but this thrills me to tears

  • The accented bits are actually accented! Hardly anyone does this in all the recordings I've heard. I really want to know who's playing this.

  • Please tell us who is playing this?

  • WIELKI POLAK:))NASZ

  • this song is used in ablolute obedience XD and i think also in clock tower 3... not really games you would expect such a beautiful music XD

  • I am really surprised 18 people. How can they dislike this masterpiece????

  • Oh Chopin how unhappy you were. I would like to be sorry for you. You are one of the best friend of mine.

  • Chopin is the COMPOSER, now who is the PIANIST, PERFORMER, THE ONE WHO PLAYS IT, THE INTERPRETER????

  • lol i thought i am the only one played clock tower

  • I heard this on Clock Tower 3... That game scared me as a kid, but I heard this piece on it, and I couldnt resist playing it; the music was so beautiful.

  • @QueenAlexiaAshford27 I've played it too that's where I first heard it XD

  • Yes who is the Piaist

  • Comment removed

  • This music is wonderful.People should be a little more respectfull with this masterpiece.

  • Beautiful performance, who is the pianist?

  • @koljas66 Frédéric Chopin

  • Who's playing this?

  • I never knew it was played this fast, I'm playing it really slowly...but it really is beautiful.

  • @myfunkymonkeys it can be played faster.i prefer slowly

  • @MsAstekas Oh, I guess slowly makes sure you can hear everything more clearly. Thanks. :)

  • :O I'm playing this.. it's so god damn hard ...

  • I can't decide, is this badass or badass?

  • To jest tez piękne!

  • i will learn this!

    ....

    one day...one day...

    SINCE IT'S SOO BEAUTIFUL!!

    *tears

  • @chococat1997 it isn't hard... just requires practice and proper musical appreciation;

you seem to have the latter...

  • DAMN, AUSTRIA.

YOU'RE TEARING UP THEM PIANO KEYS.

Jokes aside, this piece is remarkable. If only I had the dexterity to play it...

  • @ShyScissors This is quite an easy song to play, all that you need to do is learn the notes for each hand separately, practice, and the hard part is putting them together because of different time signatures

  • DAMN IT WHERES THE VERSION THAT ...grabs me through the heart of my soul!!! I just can't listen to this version when after hearing the other

  • Eternal Sonata brought me here

  • Beautiful music..ever....

  • Chopisie Impromptu.

  • απλα υπεροχος!!

  • love love love this piece, its amazing <3

  • I absolutely love this song. it happened to be on one of my favorite games. eternal sonata is just incredible. Frederic Francois Chopin was a great pianist.

  • Who plays this?

  • Wunderschöööön!

  • This used to be on a PS2 game I played when I was a lot younger called Clock Tower 3. It would get to about 1:30 ish and then stop and the monster would come D: I was scared thereafter to listen to this piece.

But now...god...it is so good. Listening to it now while revising for a Uni exam.

  • esta super

  • The Little Book on String Theory brought me to this amazingness.

  • bella...gracias

  • hermoso....¡gracias!

  • It's a fucking MASTERPIECE, indeed.

  • Listening to this song is awesome. But playing this song is... Really amazing. It gives the feeling that you understood something that you had never understood before.

  • @Psychotraumatic Yes... You get it... I also feel it...

The triplets with left hand, and the 16th with the right one, it awesome.

  • when you listen to this masterpiece, you just have a big smile on your face and you stop hating. :)

  • masterpiece ! bravo !

  • Chopin wake up!!

  • This song is my true inspiriration! Learning it right now- the inspiration for my UTUBE name!

  • @musicalfantaisie16 Have fun. My favorite section to learn was the melody that starts at 0:21 in this video. Make sure you accent the melody because it's beauty is breathtaking.

  • This song has been my ringtone for the last 5 years, everytime someone calls I have trouble answering, because I don't want to interrumpt this magnificent melody u_u

  • @Witchcraftist, same here, same here.

  • 14 dislike ?? WTF ??!? =O

  • thumbs up if can actually play this

  • What's odd is they play this song in the game Clock tower 3 and I affiliated it with something bad (or more likely scary)

  • Rest in peace, Dr. Cajka. You will be missed.

  • It sounds perfect... MANNNNN !! I love this masterpiece, Chopin was kinda wanky at this times... :&

  • No, I don't want to see a stupid World of Warcraft commercial featuring Chuck Norris when I listen to Chopin.

  • @Onewriterwriting Chuck Norris can play this song with no hands.

  • @metaldorksforever666 Nice, you know, replying to comments from over 2 months ago. In my grand quest (and yes, it was a quest because of how annoying it way) to find my comment that you replied to so I knew what you were talking about I found oodles of your own comments over the ages. Is this all you do? Come to a video of Chopin's Fantasie Impromptu just to make wisecracks?

  • @Onewriterwriting The real question is, why do you give a shit what I do in my spare time?

  • @metaldorksforever666 See, that would be a valid defense. Why should I care, really, if it has nothing to do with me? The fact is you're causing emails to be sent to me. Notifications of this. You reply to MY comments and YOU involve ME. Buddy, ;) You should think about things before you post. So go chill in a corner and bore other people with your responses. I don't give two shits is you spend your life on Chopin YouTube comments. Just don't bother me with them.

  • @TheMageGames I respond and comment because it is my right. Responses are my common courtesy.

  • I absolutely love this piece ^^

  • hmm the two tops comment have been there for way too long, my turn...

Thumbs up if I'm a jackass.

  • @Toiletclottingpoop sorry.. better luck next time buddy!

  • By chopin i understand also as from him

  • Theres a fight on a classical video? REALLY?...This world get's more retarded everyday... ._.

  • @DeeJayCrackah nice name cracker

  • @charliehustlenflow Thank you :) Yes, I am white. That's the point of my name. I am taking the racial slur and using it for my better. That way, when I play a club, people aren't wondering what Im going to be. They'll say "DeeJay Crack@h? oh, it's a skinny white boy who's a Dj"

And actually Im not actually entirely white, but Im not going to get into that.

Anyhow, you should check out some of my stuff, it's mostly house.

    Have a nice day! :D

  • @charliehustlenflow Crackers are pretty cool, I like mine with butter or cheese. ;)

  • @DeeJayCrackah

what's even more retarded is that you used an apostrophe in "gets."

  • @neurobio760 HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAAHHAHAAHHAAH

  • @neurobio760 Whatever grammar troll. Im thinking about the well being of humanity, and all you give a shit about is a grammar mistake... Go start a fight elsewhere.

  • @neurobio760 stupid grammar troll, you would fail on the argument anyway

    mentioning about grammar is lame

  • I can play this :) I'm so proud of myself :D

  • Soooo Goood

  • /watch?v=Mtwyqpc9T-U

  • Awfull played in the beginning

  • Man, I feel a fucking an auditive orgasm @ 0:11 :S :S !!

  • I just posted a new video, that was filmed in my studio, of my own interpretation of Fantaisie impromptu in C-sharp minor from Chopin. I invite all of you, to go watch it. Enjoy and feel free to comment.

  • Why are the two top comments so rude? It seems almost an insult to this beautiful piece, to have such unkind words as its top comments. :-(

  • @Nicolerev1412 100% agree; I was shocked too.

This is what "impromptu" means it french, something that's coming suddenly while it was not expected! ^^

  • @maischlma It means like : Unexpected fantasy.

  • I agree with you

  • @Dragon102able Thank you; support is always nice. :-)

  • @Nicolerev1412 Not anymore! :D

  • @ac120479 That's right! :) It's kinda ironic though, now that they're not the top comments anymore. lol

  • wow

  • i cant believe that there are people who hate this out there???????????

how could they hate...it's freeking amazing piece

  • Clock Tower 3 anyone? :L

  • @glitteraddict44 I fell in love with this song when I was playing Clocktower, so glad I found out what it was.

  • Como la gente es ignorante lo menos que se le puede hacer a ellos es ..IGNORARLOS...

  • This piece is a resume of how life is

  • I think Yundi's interpretation is a tad better.

  • OH! This is what real music is,yet when I say so, many people look me as a freak. But oh well, I just can't deny this magnificent compositions.

Sorry if I have a wrong English, I'm still adapting to it.

  • How can one upload something without disclosing the pianist???? And the time when it was played? *wonder*

  • great compistion btw - i've been getting bored with contempory pianist chopin's work is outstanding

  • @CrossedCullen look man i can see your point, but he calls you out of touch and you call him a harlett :L jsut use good old modern whorebag (:

  • In the epoch of romance, its less important who wrote the piece than who plays it.

  • sorry i thinked that it was a mistake but this is the real title. Another french grammatical mistery...

  • @Napalmiste it isnt a mistery, it's just that "impromptu" is not an adjective here, so we shouldn't put the e in the end of the word. i think, but i'm not french, just learning it :)

  • fantaisie impromptuE ;-) in good french

  • The part from 0:22 through 0:42 is so beautiful to me for some reason...

  • I like Deathcore music, Hardcore music, Rock music... Classic is the Best!

  • Chopin is the embodiment of passion.

By the way, not to be pedantic, people, but this isn't a song.

  • @TwilightFalls you are right it's not a song it's a feeling :)

  • this song will never get old. Never!

  • my brother's been practising this for over a year and still gets stuck in the same places... LOL

  • @hayleycate I know the feeling. I get studders at the same places too. tricky piece

  • This kid in my class who is 15 can play this perfectly, we're in Band together, even though I'm in Marching Band, he plays it so well, and I asked what song it was, since I totally am in love with this song, and that's how I ended up here. :)

  • :) :D

  • beautiful.

  • From 1:15 is a melody which is also used in a jazz-song, but i dont know which it is...i heard the song so many times but the the name disappeared in my brain...can anyone help me?

  • @hansruedi94

I Get Along Without You Very Well,

Some famous versions are those of Chet Baker, Frank Sinatra and Nina Simone.

  • i need to play this on my exhibition, im scared xD i got little faster tempo, nice interpretation tho

  • la belleza autentica

  • this is so beautiful i cried :'''(

  • I Like this version, but I prefer Ron Thal's ! (No troll !)

  • I´m here cause Clocktower 3 !

  • How nice!

  • magnifique

  • Amazing

  • Chopin dont mess around.

  • peace...

  • Arrau fantasie improntu

  • This version is very good but I'd say Arrau's interpretation is the best I've ever heard! This is one of my favourite pieces from Chopin catalogue!

  • I played this as well, to hear it simply perform a youtube search for "Super1NYC partner" without the quotes.

  • So fucking beautiful.

  • Who plays?

  • δεν θα μπορουσε να ακουστει κατι λιγοτερο εξαιρετικο απο αυτον τον ανθρωπο!!!καθως και μια εξαιρετικη εκτελεση...

  • This is the best interpretation of Fantaisie-Impromptu I have heard. The best ever. Please tell me the name of the pianist, which ought be one of the best in the history of piano music.

  • ETERNAL SONATA

  • PURE DISCO MY FRIENDS........I WISH THERE WAS A CLUB THAT PLAYS REAL MUSIC.........JUST LIKE THIS ONE.....

  • @tonyedmundo

interesting...how would your dancing look like?

  • It was really amazing

  • who played this? its the best interpretation ive heard so far

  • @goGOgetITnow maybe god !

  • @erfifien or its polish equivalent : Chopin ! ah

  • @dega723 y

  • @goGOgetITnow Sounds like Vladimir Ashkenazy

  • @goGOgetITnow Some guy named Freddy Chopin or something... derp

  • @laurensDG double derp, he wasn't talking about the writer of this music piece. He asked of the guy who played exactly this recording. Read what he writes.

  • @TheWhiskeredDragon I revoke my statement. I must've been pretty high writing that comment. Thank you!

  • @laurensDG Are you stupid? ._.

No one can be that stupid.

Frederick Chopin did not play this, yes, he wrote it and played it at one point. But he means who's playing it right now. Back then when Frederick Chopin was alive they didn't have audio recorders so clearly he's not playing it.

  • @CrossedCullen Dude, didn't you read what I said to mr. TheWhiskeredDragon? I said I revoked what I said and that I didn't read the comment right. I learned to read comments better, now that challenge is up to you. Idiot.

  • @laurensDG Lmfao. I was skimming through the comments. Nice try though. GG.

  • @CrossedCullen Wow, aren't you smart! Your mother would be proud.

  • @Danielnwa This was weeks ago and you're going to reply now? Cool story. Anyways, I am pretty smart, aren't I? Go get laid or something.

  • @CrossedCullen You don't seem to be completely in touch with your inner fours there missy! Some women are serious, they're a problem. Friendly girls are good...

  • @Danielnwa I'm not completely in touch? Alright, if you say so. Of course i'm going to listen to some possible 14 year old harlot just because apparently i'm not 'in touch'. Alrighty then. You clearly aren't in touch either, arguing over the internet? Alright.

  • Anyways, I think It's about time for your bed time. I'll be taking my leave.

  • @CrossedCullen It's time for my bed time? Wow that's pretty forward! Im not that easy you know...

  • @CrossedCullen there are many possible sets of circumstances which could have produced that comment, but your instinct was to malign the intelligence of the commenter. assuming you interpreted it correctly, & it wasn't a slip of the tongue(keyboard :P), nevertheless the fact that s/he simply might not've been familiar with chopin & his dates of birth/death still wouldn't necessarily indicate low intelligence. perhaps young age or different cultural background(i.e. non-western)...easy, now. :P

  • @rtarbinar Nah I know Chopin's been dead quite a while, I was just pretty high when I wrote that. Making me a bit silly. I thought he asked who wrote it.
