  • many thanks for this video its very usefull

ohyeah btw i live in holland:P

  • btw there are 2 types of Polini clutches, the 2G (2 shoes) & the 3G (3 shoes), in my experience the 3G is better than the 2G, it engages better & the plate doesn't break due to stress.

between the Polini & Malossi clutches the Malossi Delta clutch is the best hands down, no contest, it's more widely used by serious tuners & racers who demand absolute performance from their highly tuned scooters.

btw Polini & Malossi are both made in Italy, just so you know.

  • Honda Dio clutches from SP to ZX models are basically the same, they will all fit regardless of pad length or width, it is the diameter that's really important & they are all for a 107mm clutch bell.

the KRS clutch is just a knockoff of a Polini 3G clutch & the best race clutch is the Malossi Delta clutch for both Piaggio Zip SP & Honda Dio SP & ZX.

  • I learned more today about clutches than I knew yesterday. Thanks 2f4r. Where can I get a Malossi Delta clutch? I always like to try new clutches as each one reacts different to power. Thanks again for the great advice RH DSD

  • yo can get them from many site's

just type in @ google malossi delta clutch and you will find a lot of websites where you can order them.
