I taught a guy ESL, he was from Korea and taking animation at RIT here in Upstate New York.
SGI and Maya. I remember. Last time he wrote he crashed his car, but that was years ago.
Keep it going. Stay strong. Remember the one vice of creative people is "distraction". We are distracted with every mosquito wing and acorn shell along the path.

Not sure. I'm guessing some folks don't realize that other "confessions" exist. Some commenter just told me how to put a reference to my page in my intro video. We'll see what happens!
Hello, CIF, if that's the case, where is it and how come you don't show it in your documentary? GSC makes some good points and I wish you the best. Lots of people are watching.
You both make solid points. To answer your question, 1PD...I am not exposing it yet to build suspense. It's called "the tease". "Anticipation." Or even, the "flirt". Gotta have folks salivating before you provide a morsel. At that point..anything tastes good. The trick is not to keep people waiting too long or they will revolt! Therein lines the craft and genius of patience. It is the silence before the crescendo. The pause before the refrain. So in time, GSC and 1PD. In time.
Hello CIF, that makes sense. The only thing is, you didn't indicate this in your videos and I don't feel that impression when you talk. It seems more like you are just getting slammed by one door in your face after another with little positive energy. If you are going to tease, you need to actually do it creatively so that it is effective. Having to tell them that you are building to a crescendo here in the text should not be needed, just as an actor has to be believed while playing a part.
"I have studio buzz and I need a rep asap"... OK, if you really want advice you should know that comes off as desperate, and if there's one thing this town does not like its desperation. The first thing that any connected person you hire is going to do is call the lady that supposedly likes your script and use the introduction to pitch 10 other things to her. If you don't have storyboards after 10 years, sample footage, etc why would anyone simply try to help you out? You have to help yourself
Yeaa what that guy said. :D u rock and if you were cool when u make your movie u should send me a signed copy because i believed in your from the start :]]]]]

I stumbled on this babbling brook of empty gossip I've ever heard. Here's the thing---this guy is obsessed with getting the "big guys" to do his animated film. The likelihood you're ever going to get some financier to drop big money into your film is next to zero. My suggestion: stop wasting your breath. Make your film, put it on here, and let the public decide. Screw the big fish, you don't need them. When you post something substantive I'll watch. Otherwise, piss off.
yeah i bet your very familiar with everything in the entertainment industry. he went to film school and was a top student this is how you go big you think stephen king just randomly became famous. everyonwes indie at first.
Why does anyone have to be familiar with "everything in the entertainment industry" if they have the creativity and wherewithal to produce an meaningful film. And if you think I care that the "community dissed" me, remember that it was more often the artist who followed his own intuition, not the cannons of art school babble.
Excellent and entertaining....you have great timing!
