  • bravo! a me piace pure suonata la prima parte lentamente, poi velocizzata, so che e sbagliato, ma provatela così, è meravigliosa!

  • Gianluca...I enjoyed your performance very much. I have just discovered this sonata and would be so happy to play the 1st movement as you do. Congratulations! I would love to hear you play the cantabile e largo from this sonata as well.

  • beatiful sonata. exelent execution,

  • Bravo! I miei complimenti! *****

  • Sei davvero molto bravo. Ti faccio i miei complimenti: pulito, bel suono, ottima tenuta ritmica, bel fraseggio.

    Dieci.

    Andrea - Un abbraccio!

  • awesome! Great work

  • I think it is quite rude, the way posture was addressed. This recording of Clementi Con Spirito is the best I have seen on Youtube. As for posture, you will learn that the body's position, shape etc is portrayed in the sound and quality produced. Yes it may not look nice but the sound comes first and I loved the performance. I would love to see more. I do have a criticism but it is only a personal thing because we all interpret pieces differently and I play my ending differently.

  • a bit heavy of those chords, perhaps soft a little bit will be better

  • complimenti!

    Bravo

  • How could you play the scale part so fast? I tried to but it was all over the place.

  • Ciao,thank you first of all;

try to study slow all the scales, all type of variations stopping on every finger and of course keep pratice technical etude, even Cortot or the Liszt technical etude and you will play better than me:)!

  • Gosh, yet another example of why Clementi's my favorite composer ever.

  • :)

really thank you,one of he most beautiful thing you could write

  • Does anyone know what grade level this song is?

  • grade 8

  • your running were very fluid and articulated! Very goood:) But i felt that your chords were a bit too heavy, causing the music to have a sort of banging sound..overall still very well done:)

  • good

  • this is good!

i dont know whether to choose this one or mozart one...for grade 8

    i love them both...haha

  • MOLTO BRAVOZ.. :) mi sa ke dovrò fare questa sonata per l'ammissione al conservatorio..:9 ciao

  • I love the way you play this. I'm doing this for my Grade 8 and I personally think the piece is a bit slow. Your tempo sets the piece alive and is very well played. Thanks for the video!

  • ma da quanti anni studi pianoforte?e poi, vai al conservatorio?

  • bravissimo!!!

  • Grazie mille davvero

  • Clementi usually doesn't do much for me but I like your playing here. More Scriabin please!

  • :)eheh

    ok

  • try sitting str8 if you can it can help you a lot i dont know if you have a back problem or somthing , my apologies if i sounded rude btw your are an terrific pianist .

  • who are you to judje?

have you ever heard just the name of Gould, and Sokolov?

    search on google,than answer

  • dude, I'm just trying to help you, I'm srry if I hurt ur feelings by helping.

P.S. By Gould, do you mean Stephen Jay Gould, the American paleontologist, evolutionary biologist and also historian of science, or John Gould, the English ornithologist, or Glenn Gould???

P.S.S. trying to help or it doesn't hurt asking either.

  • It's very accurate, however I think you play it slightly too fast. That's just my opinion, some may disagree, but that's up to them.

  • Hi giangi, you have converted my piano teacher into liking this song that's how good your playing is. Have you improved your posture yet? If yes I would really like to see and hear a lot more songs. :)

  • ha,I aslo choose this song for my piano exam!

i think you play very well..

  • thank you:)

  • You're a very competent pianist and I love this piece!

Have you played the third movement of this sonata?

    It's another great piece.

  • yes,i'll do!

    thank you:)

  • your a fantastic pianist

brilliant clarity on the semi quavers.

and very well done. not a single obvious slip in the entire piece.

was this taken from the current syllabus?

  • thank you so much,i'm very happy you like it

  • A very good performance overall, I read your comment about you can't do nothing about your posture. Posture is a vital key ingredient for a phenomenal performance. If your spine is straight and upright then you have a better lift with your hands. I suggest getting one of those metal bars to keep your back straight like in the 18th century. You will DEFINITELY find an improvement in your playing.

  • thank you...i'l really do because you are not the first that says this

  • I am learning this piece for my piano exam. I like your version but my score didn't show any sustain pedal used, did you add it yourself?

  • yes,but with the supervision of my Master:)

  • You're a great pianist. Great Job!

But you need to sit up with your back straight.

    Posture! :)

  • Thank you!:D

and you are right,my posture is terrible!!

but really i can't do nothing about it:D

infact a lot of people says that i sit like Glenn Gould, but only sit onfurtunatelly...:D

  • could have made more of the quavers that are the same on the first page.

  • so artistic .pls post more thankyou
