I'm confused (I don't actually watch the show, just songs/ some show clips): In every prefomance of this song that I've seen (most of which were live and kinda blury/ far away), it appears like they aren't actually singing the song. I knw they lip sinc on the show, but this really sounds like Beyonce's voice. Can someone resolve this?

@etmup80 I've noticed this question before but haven't answered till now. The Glee cast never covered this song. It was just a featured dance in the 4th episode of Season 1. It was introducing Kurt's true fabulousness by lip syncing to it as well. Of course it became instantly popular that the Glee cast have always kept Single Ladies dance choreography in their tours, greet and meets and such.

Hope that clears the confusion and misunderstanding.

@etmup80 They record their songs in a studio (using their own REAL singing voices) and then perform them for the camera. This is an OBVIOUS lip sync just to prove how awesomely 'fab' Kurt is. This is a bunch of little clips from a number of different episodes. This is more or less the "best of the fabulous Kurt" from Season 1 clip reals. Hope this helps.
