  • Hurrah for Mr Val ! Paganini (1782-1840) was not only a violonist he was a guitarist too. 65 % of his compositions include the guitar, although he wrote little for it solo."I love it for its harmony", "it is my constant companion in all my travels...I make use of it now and then to stimulate my fantasy for composition or to bring out some harmony that I can't do on the violin."

Judith Robinson (Romantic Guitar Julian Bream) GREAT THANKS, PERFECT HARMONIOUS INTERPRETATION !

  • Yes, I play guitar like I play lute..; sorry but I can't do another way. But if it works..; why not ? ;-)

  • Hi Val, and thanks for this dancing guitarpiece.

Beautiful guitar, is it an original instrument?

    Nice sound and nicely played!

    Tommy (Ski56ppy)

  • Hello Tommy,

Yes it is an original instrument from around 1800. Very precious for me to play on a period instrument, and very well restaured by Erik Pierre Hofmann, well sounding too... ;-)
