it's not a bad song, and not a bad series (of what i've watched of it) but it sucks as a theme song, especially for star trek. but they probably just heard he Voyager theme and decided, they could never make an instrumental that great, just give up.

ya know... "enterprise" is way better than I expected it to be. The original star trek series was good for alot of reasons. Alot of the stories were written by serious science fiction writers, the original actors had charisma, and the chemistry just happened to work, and the music and sound effects were cool. What do you expect when you keep trying to squeeze blood from a turnip.

Enterprise got to be pretty good when the show finally found its legs. Of course it took 4 seasons to finally do that. Shows that can't do that in 4 episodes and don't have a built in audience will not make it to 5 episodes.
